Creating walls for local housing just outside the city of Mandalay.

This building once stood within the Mandalay Palace as King Mindon's royal apartment. He died inside it in 1878 and unable to cope with his ghost, his successor, King Thibaw had the building dismantled and reassembled outside the fortress walls. Thanks to King Thibaw, this is the only original building from the Mandalay Royal Palace where everything else was destroyed in WW11 bombs.
